Todays Occurances

kurorahkSo I got hold of Dan and we went shooting at Brown's Camp Quarry, it was fun getting to shoot off a lot of rounds. I also got over my fear of recoil due to I found that the recoil of a pistol is a lot worse than a round from a rifle in terms of how far you move from firing a shot off. I enjoyed it, I actually enjoy shooting like how I enjoy archery and sword fighting, though I have only practiced sword and spear fighting never used it as I intend to do with shooting as well (the never using it I mean). Overall I liked the drive to and from the Quarry and the shooting. Now I am no gun fanatic but I do believe that they should be legal just as long as proper procedure is in place for buying, owning, and carrying a gun, mainly psych exams to keep crazy people from owning a lethal weapon and making certain people know the four rules of gun safety. Also people should clean up after they are done shooting makes everyone happier that way.
On the other side of things the water in my house that runs off a well now has no running water, which we can deal with for a few hours, so when my dad gets home he can look at it and maybe we can get it working with only a little bit of work otherwise people will become frustrated and I will continue smelling somewhat like gunpowder for a few days which would be aggravating. Thankfully we have jugs of water for our drinking water so we are okay on the hydration front.
